Buzznet is managed by an experienced team which brings a track record of proposing and delivering enterprise-scale software projects in various countries.

Over the past seven years, this team has developed considerable experience, and a successful track record in delivering custom software solutions/product development, globally. The team is helped by a stellar board, all of whom are investors in the company.

1. Tan Sri Abdul Halim bin Ali, Chairman
   
   Tan Sri Abdul Halim is the non executive Chairman and shareholder of Buzznet Sdn. Bhd.

   Tan Sri Abdul Halim retired as Chief Secretary to the Malaysian Government. Since then he has been on the board/chaired several listed companies, including EPF, ESSO Malaysia Berhad and Cycle & Carriage Limited. He is also the Chairman of Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC).

2. Datuk' Oh Chong Peng, Director
   
   Datuk' Oh Chong Peng is a non-executive director and shareholder of Buzznet Sdn. Bhd.

   Datuk' Oh trained as a Chartered Accountant in London, qualifying as a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales in 1968. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Most of his professional career was with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand where he was a partner in Malaysia from1974 until his retirement in 1997.

   Over the last several years Datuk' Oh has sat on the board of various public and private companies and government organizations, including Star Publications, KLSE, Powertek, Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority, British American Tobacco, RHB group, Alliance Bank, Land and General, Nanyang Press, IJM group and Malaysian Accounting Standard Board. He is also a Trustee of the Huaren Education Foundation and UTAR Education Foundation.

3. Zain Puteh, Executive Director
   
   Zain Puteh is an executive director at Buzznet. He has been in the hospitality sector for the last 25 years with an International Hotel group. Prior to moving to Buzznet as a fulltime director, he was the managing Director of Pernas group of Hotels in Malaysia. He brings to Buzznet the discipline a large company structure, as well as local knowledge.
   

4. Sanjoy Bose, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
   
   Sanjoy Bose is the Chief Executive officer and Co-Founder of Buzznet. He has 23 years of experience in the IT and consulting business, of which the 11 years were spent in the Silicon Valley. Prior to Buzznet, Sanjoy, together with T.T. Balaji started iBusinesssHub in October 1999. IBH built a nearly Internet Business Operating System. This was a venture funded, enterprise software, one of the earliest “web services” platforms. He earlier served as the founding management team of Inventa Corporation, in the Silicon Valley.
5. B.S. Sreekantha, President & Director
   
   Sreekantha is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Buzznet managing the Malaysian operations. He brings to Buzznet more than 21 years of experience in the IT industry, of which more than 17 years has been spent delivering IT software projects to business customers in Malaysia and India. In the last 21 years, Sreekantha has sold and delivered more than 75 turnkey software projects.

   Prior to Buzznet, he was with Inventa Corporation, where he held at various times, sales, marketing and business development responsibilities, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director for Inventa's Malaysian operations.
